Position: RF Design Engineer Location: Wallingford, CT Work Setup: Hybrid (Subject to Change) Our client is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer to support New England RF Design initiatives within a fast-paced telecommunications environment. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality RF network performance through regulatory compliance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
•
Support New England RF Design activities including RFDS and regulatory filings (including E-911).
•
Review and validate RF design drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
•
Perform data auditing and maintain system integrity across databases.
•
Update and maintain ATOLL propagation models and network planning tools.
•
Conduct technical translations and documentation updates as needed.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RF, Site Planning (SP), Real Estate (RE), Construction, and Transport.
•
Meet challenging project timelines in a dynamic, high-demand environment.
Requirements:
•
5–7 years of RF and Traffic Engineering experience in the telecommunications industry.
•
Programming and database experience with a focus on data analysis.
•
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•
Technical degree or related educational background.
•
Proven ability to work effectively in hybrid environments.
•
Experience with Google Gemini or similar AI-driven tools.
•
Demonstrated ability to thrive as a self-starter and quick learner in fast-paced settings.
•
