Radar Real-Time Software Development Lead

About the Team: The Sensors Division specializes in the development of advanced sensor systems, with a particular focus on airborne and surface-based radar, space-based sensing, electronic warfare, and underwater acoustics. This position is within the Space Missions and Sensing (SMS) Sector of the Sensors Division. In this sector, we develop and deliver technology to advance space-based sensing, space control, and counter-sensing missions. The Role: SMS is seeking a Principal RADAR Real-Time Software Engineer to provide hands-on leadership in the development, implementation, and integration of command and control (C2) and real-time sensor processing solutions for advanced multi-function Radar systems. In this role, your team will implement and integrate digital signal processing over the complete signal processing chain for closed loop radar operations. You will conduct performance analysis through simulations and real-world testing to validate and optimize the products you create. Since the system will be deployed in operationally, the products you develop need to meet standards of quality, maintainability, and reuse. This position will offer the opportunity for technical growth in terms of system design, novel implementations, integration, and fielding of Radar and control systems. A successful candidate will have demonstrated contributions in areas such as: software engineering, system integration, Radar signal processing, and test & evaluation.
