Responsibilities:
Lead aircraft and ground vehicle integration of custom electronics, sensors, actuators, payloads, and other flight critical sub-systems
Demonstrate cross-functional ownership engaging with all X-BAT teams. Including manufacturing, operators, supplier development engineering, supply chain, mechanical, thermal, etc.
Contribute to aircraft and ground vehicle architecture design
Drive design and execution of flight critical custom avionics
Build, lead, and mentor a world-class avionics engineering team
Establish and enforce appropriate design processes
Maintain technical excellence—implement rigorous design processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer
3+ years of lead/manager experience
Strong technical fundamentals
Experience with custom electronics design and system level integration
